We approached Steve Vukovic at Sutton Group West Coast Realty because we had been following his Facebook posts on real estate within the greater Vancouver area and found his posts informative. It also gave us a snapshot of the specific market that we were interested in within the lower mainland.

After a lengthy phone conversation with him, we knew that he was going to provide us with showings that were within our guidelines and budget. Upon arriving to the lower mainland after our early morning drive from the B.C. Interior, Steve drove us to view exactly the type of real estate that we were in the market to purchase. His service was unique as he dedicated the entire day to us. He was patient and never made us feel rushed or under pressure to go outside of our guidelines. We also did our own research on potential properties and shared these with him before our trip to the coast. He pointed out several positive and negatives with the entire buildings such as structure and "leaky condo" defects and he helped us identify which buildings had moisture issues. He is educated and knew what to look for and what to stay away from that could potentially be a future disaster.

The result was a very favourable and positive experience for us as we made an offer on a property later that day before we left the lower mainland and got exactly what we were looking for and within our price range. Throughout the process, we knew he was working for us, the buyer.

Steve's communication during the counter offers was also impressive. He would call with any new developments and understood our instructions and followed through with them. When writing up the contract, he was also very clear with the wording and explained any questions we had at the time. He kept in close contact with us throughout the entire process right through to the closing date and answered all of our questions in a timely manner.
